Athens Photo Festival, will represent for another year the great celebration of photography and the modern visual culture in Greece.
Photo exhibitions involving artists from different countries as well as a set of actions – educational programs, networking actions, social practices, parallel events – will create a broad platform for the emergence of contemporary photographic creation and interaction with the wider cultural community.
The main program of the Athens Photo Festival 2019 will be developed from June 13 until July 28, while the parallel program of this year’s event will be extended until the autumn.
Starting with the Benaki / Piraeus 138 Museum, the exhibitions will be extended to other venues in Athens.
